About this role
Position: Technical Systems Specialist I Department: Technology Services Reports To: Assigned Supervisor FTE: 1.0 Days/Year: 197 Salary Schedule: ESP Salary Schedule Group B Paygrade: A15 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Why You Will Love Working Here Let's be honest—plenty of jobs say they're “collaborative” and “dynamic.” We actually mean it. You'll be joining a team that knows how to tackle complex systems and has each other's backs while doing it. We're the people who can troubleshoot a district-wide issue before lunch, deploy new solutions in the afternoon, and still take the time to share knowledge, crack a joke, and celebrate a win together.
Our work directly supports schools, classrooms, and the people who make them run. That means what you do matters—every fix, every deployment, every improvement has a real impact on students and staff across the district.
We value people who are curious, solutions-oriented, and not afraid to dig into a challenge. In return, you'll get a team that respects your expertise, supports your growth, and trusts you to do what you do best.
If you like solving real problems, working with smart and supportive people, and being part of a team that takes pride in keeping things running (and running well), you'll fit right in.
