Description: Maintenance / Grounds 260-day position Salary: $14.39/hour base salary
Location:District Available:2025-2026 School Year *A negative TB test result must be on file prior to starting work
Qualifications:
• Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver's License • Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities • Positive employment history preferred • SLED/criminal background review required Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Responsible To: Director of Operations Job Duties:
• Provide general maintenance of the grounds within the school district • Perform yard duties in order to maintain the school grounds in an attractive condition (i.e. grass cutting, trimming shrubs, etc.) • Keeps grounds free from trash and rubbish • Maintain building and premises (i.e. sidewalks, driveways, play areas) clean and neat at all times • Report any necessary major repairs and/or damage of district property • Provide assistance in other maintenance areas as assigned • Perform other related duties as required, as well as all other duties as assigned A complete application packet must be submitted through the online application system prior to the closing date in order to be considered for this position.
