About this role
This is a 7 hour per day, benefits eligible, school year position. Qualifications: Demonstrate an attitude of flexibility in work assignments. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.Plans and directs the preparation and serving of all food in the kitchen and cafeteria 2.Ensures that the menus developed by the Food Service Director are followed without deviation 3.Assumes responsibility for all records- time keeping, meals served, revenue, inventory 4.Oversees the sanitation and cleaning of kitchen and cafeteria 5.Responsible for ordering, storage, usage and inventory of all food & supplies. 6.Keeps accurate records as required by Federal, State and local mandate 7.Performs related duties as required, including special meal functions.
Must have or be in the process of obtaining an approved Maine Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) at time of hire.
