POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Title I Family Engagement Facilitator serves as the district's lead for Title I family engagement initiatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to school-based Family Engagement Facilitators. The Lead Facilitator works collaboratively with school administrators, teachers, families, and community organizations to strengthen family-school partnerships, remove barriers to learning, and increase student achievement. This position is responsible for Title I family engagement activities at two Title I Schools, mentoring part-time Family Engagement Facilit
