About this role
The Kindergarten Assistant provides instructional, behavioral, and organizational support to the certified professional employee in the assigned classroom(s), increase instructional time between teacher and student and decrease the student to adult ratio in the assigned classroom(s), display a professional demeanor, and continually improve skills required of the assignment. 4.50 hours/day, 184 days/year MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to be trained in aspects of working effectively with school-age children
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere
