Position Description: An Individual Student Aide helps licensed staff members create a positive learning environment to facilitate student growth. Grant Career Center is seeking a qualified person to assist an individual student to implement their Individualized Education Plan.
Minimum Qualifications: To be qualified for this position, applicants must possess: •High school diploma or the equivalent. •Educational Aide Permit, or able to obtain license/permit. •Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. •History of strong work record, including good job attendance. •Documented evidence of acceptable criminal record as required by Ohio law and Board Policy.
