• 7 hours a day/Monday-Friday, occasional evening hours as needed
• Rate of pay is $37.28/HR

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience working with adolescents in school, community, mental health, juvenile justice, mentoring, or youth-serving settings.
• Demonstrated skill in de-escalation, conflict resolution, restorative practices, relationship-building, and student engagement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, counselors, social workers, teachers, families, and community partners. Ability to serve as a positive role model for students.
Duties:
• Provide support to students experiencing academic, social, emotional, behavioral, attendance, or engagement challenges.
• Build trusting relationships with students and develop individualized support plans.
• Assist with crisis response, de-escalation, and conflict mediation. Support re-entry planning following disciplinary incidents, absences, or other disruptions.
• Monitor progress toward behavioral, attendance, and academic goals and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with school teams to connect students with appropriate support and resources.

• Restorative practices or PBIS implementation
• Youth mentoring or case management
• Community mental health or juvenile justice programs
