About this role
Responsibilities: - Preforms routine and preventative maintenance as needed - Monitor and prioritize assigned work orders to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to the learning environments - Maintain records and document repairs as required - Maintain all safety and code requirements set by the state, locally and by the district - Cleaning duties must be preformed as necessary - Complete all safety training that is required annually - Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to preform job functions - The ability to preform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities (or designess in his/her absence) Reports to: Building Principal Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience Benefits: Full benefit package Deadline to apply: Until filled Note: This is not necessarily an exhaustive or all-inclusive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, functions or working conditions associated with the job.
