The Palisades School District invites applications for the position of an ANTICIPATED full-time, contracted, Middle School Math Teacher. Interested candidates must be certified in Math 7-12 or Middle Level Math 6-9. Qualified applicants should be well versed in the pedagogy of math instruction, with the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a variety of learners. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have the ability to teach all levels of courses. The preferred candidate must also be collegial, adaptable, and student-centered in their approach to teaching and learning. Candidates that are awaiting an official certification to be approved by PDE are encouraged to apply, but must submit a letter from their university/college and a copy of their Praxis scores that demonstrate program completion. As is the expectation for all new professional staff, participation in the three-day Palisades Induction Program is required (August 18 - 20, 2026) and is unpaid.
