The Smokin Butcher Ltd are currently recruiting for Skilled Butchers/Boners for their site at located at Hayestown, Navan, Co Meath. The key responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to the following: -Cut, trim and prepare meat to meet specifications. -Packing and preparing meat. -Packing, palletising and despatching product. -Receiving and unloading materials. -Managing production targets. A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a previous skilled butchers/boners role essential. Total remuneration is €36,605 per annum based on a standard 39 hour work week.
