Western Alzheimers is currently recruiting for Healthcare Support Assistants within our Day Care facility. This is a CE Placement and a great opportunity for someone looking to return to work, up-skill and gain further experience working with our elderly clients in a healthcare setting, while also allowing you to further your career, by participating in healthcare support training which will help you achieve your QQI /FETAC Level 5. Coaching and mentoring will be provided, to develop your confidence and competencies within your role. Duties include caring for people with Alzheimers Disease/Dementia, assisting with personal care, preparing meals, social engagement, stimulating therapeutic activities and cleanliness of the day care centre and kitchen. etc. If you feel you have the essential qualities and are eligible for CE scheme to work with us.
