You will play a vital role in supporting patients, visitors, and external agencies by ensuring clear, professional communication and smooth administrative processes. Communication management: Respond to and forward enquiries from patients and external organisations. Registrations and deductions: Process new patient registrations and manage deductions accurately. Records management: Maintain and update patient records in line with policies. Internal communications: Support the flow of information across teams. Administrative support: Handle scanning, photocopying, reporting, and general office tasks. Data requests: Manage subject access requests in compliance with regulations. Ad-hoc support: Assist the administration and management team with additional duties as required

Good interpersonal and communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and internet software and a good level of experience with computer systems in general

Experience using SystmOne
Qualifications Essential
5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) or equivalent

Experience working in a busy office environment

Experience within the health sector
