Relevant hands-on maintenance experience, a trade skill, IT literacy, a full UK driving license, and GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent are required.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Hands-on experience in property maintenance, at least one trade skill, full UK driving license, IT literacy, GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
