About this role

Job summary 32,000 per annum. £6,000 per annum Car Allowance. 40 hours per week. This varied position will provide the opportunity to witness the skilled progression of staff from their first day, throughout their Barchester career. This is a home-based position that will involve travel around the region and locations mentioned above. Knowledge of legislative requirements in the care sector is essential, along with a City & Guilds 7300 or equivalent, a Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care, and at least two years of training experience. A full UK driving license is necessary due to the role's travel demands. Training responsibilities include planning and publishing training calendars, keeping employee training files updated, and maintaining regular contact with new team members. Monitoring workplace practice is expected to ensure the implementation of personal development plans.
