About this role

Job summary The CYPS Crisis Line supports young people who are experiencing emotional and mental health crises. Young people, their families or carers, and our acute colleagues can call and receive advice, support, and signposting 24 hours a day. You will work within a CYPS Hub based in Redhill, Surrey. You will provide telephone crisis call response for children, young people (CYP) and their families and support acute colleagues where possible to offer advice and safely facilitate the discharge of young people from hospital, to be followed up the following day by our Crisis Intervention Service. This role involves a mix of shifts, including days and nights. This role attracts a £3000 Golden Hello Package. More details will be provided at the offer stage.
