This role will provide comprehensive and quality process support for all users of the Erostering system, supporting via email, phone and teams calls. This post holder will play a key role in the administration of annual leave entitlements for all staff across the trust as well as business as usual support via a shared inbox, on the phone and face to face. producing quality data on the annual leave adjustments that have been actioned.
The post holder will be expected to provide training both face to face and on teams for users of the system to ensure comprehension of the complexities required. The post holder will be cross trained to ensure resilience within the team for all aspects of rostering.
Main duties of the job
Admin support for Erostering processes via email, phone and teams Annual leave administration support alongside the BAU team Reporting on rosetring activity as required Provide training on how to use the system for specific tasks in line with policy Work as part of the wider Eroster team to provide cover for colleagues during periods of leave and sickness
