At ESNEFT we are committed to being a national leader in "front door" care. We have made significant investments in our infrastructure and most importantly, our people. We are looking for a proactive leader with a "can-do" attitude to inspire our teams and drive the delivery of national performance standards, ensuring our Emergency Department remains dedicated to life and limb emergencies while optimising all alternative pathways.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Site Directors, Divisional Directors, Associate Directors, and Clinical Leads to develop and implement service delivery and improvement plans. Financial Oversight: Establish and maintain rigorous financial controls, ensuring the CDG operates within budget and delivers value for money. Workforce Management: Provide strong leadership to a large multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive culture where staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to excel. System Working: Foster exceptional working relationships internally across divisions and externally with system partners to ensure seamless patient flow and effective utilisation of all pathways.
