Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Minimum Education Requirement: Engineering: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering. The program must: lead to a degree in a school with at least one program accredited by ABET. Degree must be documented on a transcript. Architecture: Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree that included a major field of study or specific course requirements. Adept at applying engineering principles to solve complex construction challenges.
Major DutiesServes as Project Engineer with responsibility for monitoring construction operations on assigned projects for the Resident Office(s).Assigned projects have civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural features and criteria.Duties and responsibilities of the position require a thorough knowledge of engineering and architectural theory and practices and the making of engineering determinations concerning the various features of the work.
