QualificationsASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Anticipates problems and obstacles associated with moderately complex projects and proactively develop creative solutions to address them prior to implementation. 2. Crafts effective recommendations for highly complex or sensitive situations that incorporate strategic direction by identifying the impact of the course of action. 3. Continues to expand and maintain diverse professional working relationships to actively and effectively network across directorate and Agency functions; continually uses networks to resolve issues and problematic situations by sharing resources and lessons learned. 4. Integrates analysis of the National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, National Intelligence Strategy, National Military Strategy and DoD joint publications into plans, subordinate strategies, and organizational policies. 5. Interprets national, IC, DoD, Agency, and command strategies and policies and applies them to the development of intelligence plans, operations, and exercise support. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Comprehensive all-source knowledge in Indo-Pacific MILCAP, particularly submarine/naval strategy, doctrine, intent, force structure, and order-of-battle assessments via multi-domain integration. 2. Advanced tradecraft application for authoring tailored products with confidence levels and releasability to allies. 3. Proven leadership in analytic designs for complex problems.
