You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Determining admissibility and reviewing documentation of those seeking admission to the United States; Overseeing operations to detect, pursue, and deter fraud and to identify systemic vulnerabilities and other weaknesses that compromise the integrity of the legal immigration system; Providing briefings to senior leaders where there is significant national security, public safety, benefit fraud, or law enforcement attention; Performing management functions such as directing subordinates, developing work plans, or providing advice to personnel; and Briefing officials and external entities on the status of the branch.
