Job SummaryYou will serve as the PRODUCT LINE DIRECTOR in the TRANSPORTATION DIVISION, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTORATE of the NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience budgeting, programming, and executing in support of United States Navy Installations in the following products and services: vehicle and equipment maintenance, vehicle and equipment lease/rental, construction equipment, truck operations, Weight Handling Equipment (WHE) operations, lifecycle management, staffing decisions, inventory accountability, fleet credit card program accountability, or regional transportation program management. Major DutiesYou will research and provide state-of-the-art, advanced management techniques to Product Line leaders at subordinate organizations enhancing their ability to achieve the organization's strategic goals, objectives, and end-state.You will exercise delegated authority to initiate, develop, and execute detailed strategic plans for delivering a wide range of fleet management products and services.You will be accountable for leading, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the Transportation Product Line.You will supervise multiple direct reports and additional employees through subordinate supervisors in various occupational series and grade levels within the Transportation Product Line team.
