Job SummaryYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the IT Operations Department, Telecommunications of HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER. As the Division Officer, you will manage and execute the Fleet Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IT and Special Intelligence Communications (SPINTCOMM) programs of record and fill fleet program of record gaps to enable maritime intelligence operations in a joint, collaborative environment.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage and execute the organization's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IT and Special Intelligence Communications (SPINTCOMM) programs of record by providing substantive policy and procedural input for delivering SCI network access, SCI IT, and associated messaging services. Manage the deployment of Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) network-centric enterprise capabilities to provide IT/IM services to customers. Make informed decisions related to strategic enterprise messaging issues, including support for existing IT hardware platforms, provisioning, installation, accreditation, and Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP). Perform the full range of supervisory responsibilities for a mixed military, civilian, and contractor workforce to accomplish the organization's mission. In Addition to the specialized experience above, your resume must also demonstrate one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. Major DutiesYou will manage and execute the Fleet Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IT and Special Intelligence Communications programs of record to deliver SCI IT, network access, and associated messaging services to the Naval Intelligence community.You will manage the deployment of Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) network-centric enterprise capabilities to the Department of the Navy and DoD agencies, providing IT/IM services to customers.You will represent the department/command as necessary at cross-agency forums to ensure Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) IT services meet Naval Intelligence requirements.You will provide substantive policy and procedural input for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) messaging, enabling access and/or delivery of services to forces ashore and afloat.You will identify leading-edge solutions to support staged transport and data forwarding under the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's Information Transport Service (ITS).You will ensure compliance with systems accreditation, security policies, personnel qualifications, and credentials.
