QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following Leading stakeholders through various lifecycle phases of a complex system, applying systems engineering disciplines, and business acumen to meet mission objectives. Major DutiesYou will serve as a System Integration Lead within the Weapon System (WS) Engineering and Integration Branch (SPC4) of Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) program office leading development of Navy's Hypersonic Weapon System.You will lead and coordinate a team of contractors and government national team, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely project completion and reporting in order to support program goals.You will provide technical and programmatic direction and coordination for Weapon System Engineering and Integration activities, Hardware and Software development, and Weapon System Certification in support of rapid development.You will represent the organization in meetings with external stakeholders, other government agencies, contractors, making decisions that impact the development, performance, certification, and fielding of the Weapon system.You will ensure compliance with government directives and policies, interpret technical specifications and contracts, and implement local standards for system engineering hardware and software related to the WS.
