Job SummaryAbout the Position: Position located at Fort Belvoir, VA in Clinical Operations, Defense Health Network East, Network 6 IOC. Position conducts process improvement studies of Defense Health Agency and Defense Health Network health services delivery systems and operations, including services provided in the direct healthcare system. Performs analysis, leads and coaches using variety of systems, tools and methodology to improve health services delivery systems. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience evaluating and/or analyzing healthcare processes to improve health service delivery systems; providing recommendations on guidance, initiatives and projects; and developing proposals, analysis reports, and presentations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Major DutiesConducting process improvement studies of healthcare delivery systems and operations.Analyzing performance and identifying areas of concern.Developing system-wide process improvement plans and coordinating with stakeholders.Providing recommendations for standardizing processes.Serving as a strategic planner and coordinating business developmentProviding analytic capability and advice to leaders and decision makers.Reviewing initiatives/projects and ensuring compliance with Defense Health Agency guidance.Participating in inspections and developing recommendations for improvement.
