Job Description Summary: A Fulfillment Worker is responsible for accurately processing, packing, and shipping customer orders using third-party shipping platforms. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy, quality, and warehouse safety standards. Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders through third-party shipping databases (e.g., UPS,).
• Pull and pack customer orders accurately to ensure correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move and stage orders as needed.
• Label orders properly before shipping to ensure accurate delivery.
• Perform overall fulfillment tasks, including inventory organization and order verification.
• Retrieve and prepare returned items for restocking or further processing.
• Utilize basic computer skills for order processing, inventory updates, and tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment area to ensure efficiency.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs safely and consistently.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment.
• Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary).
The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September. Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Pay:
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.85
