Role Summary The primary role will be to provide support services to the President and to People Team, providing effective and efficient support throughout the business. Key Responsibilities President Support

• Coordinate and manage the President’s diary and travel arrangements to ensure that he is able to maximize his time and fulfil his commitments in accordance with agreed priorities. • To organize and coordinate meetings, lunches, dinners etc in accordance with the business schedule. • Process and submit the President’s expenses claim’s in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. • Coordinate HQ CEO/VIP visits travel arrangements including: Flight reservations, Hotel bookings, UK transportation, VIP Greetings and scheduling. • Support president & dependents’ smooth settling/departing in to the UK including: house arrangement, golf, fleet management and other personal support.

HR Support – General Affairs

• Manage Korean Lunch Order – daily ordering, website’s user list update and invoice processing • Support various GWP activities including weekly HHH (Half Half Hour) • Process invoices from various vendors

Requirements

• Preferably educated to A-level standard (or equivalent).

• Previous administrative experience, ideally within a multinational or blue-chip company environment. • Fluent in English and Korean, both spoken and written. • Proficient in MS Office applications, with intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills preferred. • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Adaptable, approachable, and culturally aware, with experience working in a multicultural environment. • Calm under pressure, well-presented, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced setting.

HOURS OF WORK: 5 hours per day (25 hour per week). Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
