Your Next Career Opportunity ERP Solutions Architect
This role involves spearheading the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O modules to enhance business processes across various departments including Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Services. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to document processes, define customization, and support post-deployment optimization. The position also plays a crucial role in aligning and optimizing business processes with the capabilities of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, configuration, and deployment of our Finance & Operations ERP, accounting for multi-currency, multi-entity, and regional compliance needs. • Collaborate closely with accounting, and other functional teams worldwide to capture requirements and tailor solutions for diverse business processes. • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on ERP architecture in a highly integrated environment, ensuring the ERP solution interfaces seamlessly with other inhouse SBA platforms. • Rapidly prototype and conduct functional and technical feasibility assessments for solutions • Define and maintain standardized processes, data governance policies, and workflows within the ERP ecosystem, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. • Provide leadership for cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects, ensuring tasks, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and met. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to D365 F&O. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements to streamline D365 processes. • Mentor and develop IT support staff and regional superusers, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning. What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business /Finance/Accounting /MS related • and 5-10 years’ experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 FBO Applications
• Microsoft Certification Dynamics 365 preferred • IT Governance and Risk Awareness, Dynamics 365 F&O, Project Management, Problem Solving and Effective Communications • Business Process Improvement, Analytics and Technical Excellence
