• Lead and support a team of production specialists to achieve daily production objectives
• Align production resources with daily production plans to ensure efficient operations
• Provide constructive feedback to production staff and implement corrective actions when required
• Monitor production plans and ensure their successful fulfillment within defined timelines and quality standards
• Oversee the timely maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
• Ensure production activities consistently meet established quality requirements
What will convince us
• Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification within a relevant technical environment
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certification
• Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to balance clear direction and mindful people management
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
