About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Our Marketing Strategy & Operations team powers the content engine behind Salesforce's global marketing efforts — and we're hiring a Manager, Strategy & Operations based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, India. In this role, you'll partner with Informatica marketing and content leadership to drive operational excellence, translate strategy into execution, and keep programs running with clarity and impact.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
• Own operational cadences — business reviews, planning cycles, and exec-level reporting — that keep marketing leadership aligned and content programs moving
• Build dashboards, frameworks, and reporting tools that surface actionable insights and provide visibility into content performance and business health
• Lead cross-functional programs from ideation through execution, aligning stakeholders and managing timelines and dependencies across content and marketing operations
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses and clear recommendations that drive decisions at the senior level
• Manage budget processes end-to-end, including forecasting, tracking spend against plan, and partnering with Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee contractor and vendor relationships — from sourcing and onboarding through performance management and renewals — ensuring quality, accountability, and cost efficiency
You're Our Person If...
• You have experience in strategy, marketing operations, or a highly analytical role, and know how to manage cross-functional programs and influence without authority
• You're fluent in data-driven storytelling and comfortable building financial models and preparing materials for executive audiences
• You have hands-on experience managing budgets — tracking actuals vs. forecast, reconciling spend, and working closely with Finance or Procurement teams
• You've managed contractor or vendor relationships, including scoping work, negotiating terms, and holding partners accountable to deliverables and timelines
• You've worked with tools like Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce CRM, and AI tools as part of your everyday workflow
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
Even Better If...
• You have experience working on global or India-based COE or hub operations teams
• You're familiar with Agentforce, Data Cloud, or the broader Salesforce platform
• You have SQL or Claude experience
• You bring strong executive presence and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders
Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
