We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team at Toukley Retirement Living Village on a permanent part‑time basis. In this role you will be assisting the chef in preparing and serving food; you will be responsible for cleaning the food service areas and keeping the kitchen in order.

Hours: 22 hours per week. 10am - 4pm Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday - Flexible on days for the right person.

A bit about you and your new role:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals with appropriate variety

• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment

• Experience in the Kitchen as a Kitchen hand or sandwich maker

• No cooking skills required

• Must be reliable and willing to learn

• Knowledge of cleaning, and ability to clean kitchen areas after meal service

• Knowledge working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
