About this role
We’re looking for a Trainee to join our Controlling team based in Poznań.

What you will be doing
You will work approximately 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. However, we’ll rely on your support during critical deadlines (mainly the first week of the month). As a Trainee you will provide support in the following areas:
• Creating & maintaining dashboards/data visualizations (Excel, SAP Analysis for office, SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI) • Maintaining KPIs calculation and visualization, • Optimizing, standardizing and automating reports, using advanced Excel tools, • Support in preparation and distribution of business reports, • Salesforce incentives calculation and maintenance of sales incentive tool, including data uploads and data checks, • Customer bonus calculation and administrative tasks related to this process (SAP).
What you bring
We are looking for a person who can offer:
• Availability to work at least 20h/week • Minimum one year of Bachelor studies in Accounting or in a related field (e.g. Economics, Finance) completed • Good command of English, both spoken and written • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VBA and PowerQuery • PowerBI knowledge (nice to have) • Analytical and communication skills • Knowledge of/willingness to learn SAP FI/CO module
