The Position As a Sr. Logistics Process Improvement Engineer, you will be the catalyst for operational excellence within our global logistics network. You won’t just manage projects—you will architect solutions that define how we move, optimize, and excel. By spearheading critical initiatives to eliminate waste and elevate efficiency, you will have a direct hand in shaping the future of our supply chain. This is a high-impact role for a strategist and problem-solver ready to drive meaningful, measurable improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You Do

• Project Planning & Execution - Create plans that ensure success

• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and timelines for improvement projects

• Coordinate required resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials

• Execute projects on time, budget, and scope so that we can better serve our customers

• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings for tracking of progress, budget, and scope

• Documentation and Communication

• Calculate and showcase the impact your project(s) have brought to the business

• Create best in class tools and templates for process improvement and for project management

• Manage the expectations of stakeholders and keep them informed on progress and impact

• Risk Management

• Identify potential timeline risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Monitor and track project risks, and escalate as needed

• Continuous Improvement Support

• Ensure the GoLean system continues to be deployed and developed throughout Global Logistics Americas (Work Instructions, 5S, Daily Management, kanban, etc.)

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or related healthcare field; 8 years of equivalent functionally relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree and 4 years of relevant professional work experience

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, 3PL partnerships or a related discipline.

• Promote important Continuous Improvement concepts every day through coaching and auditing across the supply chain functions

• Mindset and approach that fosters culture and performance improvement within the global logistics network

• Experience leading the execution of cost-saving projects, eliminating losses and improving supply chain performance

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities - Lean Six Sigma training preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues

• Knowledge of lean methodologies (waste elimination, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, 5S, Work Instructions, etc.)

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $82,300.00 - $152,800.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below. Benefits
