Job Description Summary
Able to perform all building maintenance tasks as assigned and all preventative maintenance tasks as required. Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards. Knowledge of HVAC plumbing and electrical systems is also required. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and move objects up to 100 lbs.Able to work with kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing in general. Responds to guest room calls. Assists in hotel security. Job Description Must be able to work mornings and evenings, holidays and weekends.
