Job Description
What is the opportunity? As Senior Manager Compensation, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development and implementation of compensation programs for the Capital Markets business. You will provide business partners and senior management expert advice and analytics on all aspects of compensation programs, policies, initiatives and solutions, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the financial and human capital impact of their HR decisions.
