As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations within our Finance practice. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and support informed business decisions. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities

- Managing accounts receivable processes to optimize financial performance and compliance - Leading financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making - Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities to align with organizational goals - Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Implementing accounting policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity - Conducting balance sheet analysis to assess financial health and risks - Guiding teams in profit and loss analysis to enhance financial insights - Developing and mentoring team members to strengthen their financial acumen - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders - Upholding professional and technical standards in financial operations

What You Must Have

- CA Qualified - At least 7 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
