As a SAP - ABAP - Senior Associate, you will be part of our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, extending PwC’s global delivery capabilities to provide premium services that enhance process quality and support client engagements. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients navigate complex business challenges, from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships, manage multiple client engagements, and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to the development of your technical acumen and the PwC brand, while staying informed about local and national business trends. You will be actively involved in business development activities, identifying opportunities with new and existing clients. Responsibilities
- Assisting in the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating with Managers and senior team members - Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and consulting capabilities - Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business transformation initiatives - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to develop and implement SAP solutions - Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client business objectives - Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization - Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA to deliver data-driven insights and solutions - Embracing change and fostering a culture of innovation within the team - Contributing to business development activities by identifying and researching new client opportunities - Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends to provide relevant insights to clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud for business transformation projects - Excelling in SAP Fiori and SAP HANA integration - Embracing change and innovation in process optimization - Developing strategic technology planning skills - Building effective client relationships through active listening and communication
