As an Oracle HCM Functional - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Acceleration Centre, where you will contribute to PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for providing premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability in support of client engagements. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills to drive impactful solutions in the Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM space.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) functional workstreams and managing client expectations effectively - Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM initiatives to enhance workforce technology solutions - Utilizing technical proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite to support client engagements - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address human capital management challenges - Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable Oracle HCM solutions to improve business processes - Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Oracle HCM teams - Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks - Identifying opportunities for optimizing human resources management and improving organizational performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 10 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications Knowledge in Talent/Compensation Module along with Oracle Cloud - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for advanced reporting - Managing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive HR solutions - Excelling in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics - Leading projects with Oracle Application Development Framework expertise
