As a Full Stack Senior Manager, you will lead and innovate within our Managed Services practice, focusing on delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. You will manage key processes and functions, leveraging your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide exceptional services. As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, utilizing your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to determine when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programs, and performance risks. Responsibilities
- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations - Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risk - Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance managed services processes and tools - Utilizing project management skills to drive service excellence and timely delivery - Designing and developing automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency - Managing stakeholder engagement and building strong client relationships - Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities - Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results - Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine service delivery - Directing teams through challenging situations with composure and strategic questioning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 15+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, AI / ML - Oral and written proficiency in English required
