As a Salesforce - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency - Implementing Salesforce applications and providing comprehensive training to facilitate seamless integration - Supporting clients in optimizing their use of Salesforce applications to achieve strategic objectives - Collaborating with teams to develop and refine business processes using Salesforce tools - Engaging in project tasks to support the delivery of Salesforce consulting services - Utilizing technical skills in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success - Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and utilization of Salesforce applications - Participating in the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions for clients - Assisting in the integration of enterprise software and IT infrastructure to support client business models - Contributing to the development of project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning - Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration - Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects - Developing training materials for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Participating in Systems Project Management and Technical Consultation - Embracing intellectual curiosity and innovative design in client support
