Responsibilities - Confirm thorough testing and validation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud features - Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements - Analyze complex issues and provide solutions to enhance functionality - Mentor junior team members and guide them in quality assurance practices - Maintain exemplary standards of quality throughout the implementation process - Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs - Utilize analytical skills to assess and improve testing processes - Stay updated on Salesforce established practices and industry trends
What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - 4 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation projects - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart - Bachelor's Degree in Technology preferred - Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder certification - Salesforce CPQ Specialist and/or Salesforce Billing certifications - 4 years of experience in IT - 3 years of experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects - Proven experience in mobile testing for iOS and Android - Understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
