As a Generative AI - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models for GenAI projects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities - Leverage knowledge to create innovative solutions for operational enhancement - Analyze data to inform model development and performance - Mentor junior team members in machine learning techniques - Align projects with strategic business goals - Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed - Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field - 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications - Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations - Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG - Proven experience in chatbot design and development - Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn - Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C# - Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred -Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
