As a Virtual Concierge Senior Associate, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information to facilitate smooth operations within our organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining effective communication and operational efficiency.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities - Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings - Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Coordinating travel arrangements and managing executive travel logistics - Utilizing office productivity applications for efficient document management and correspondence - Supporting event management and meeting coordination to facilitate smooth operations - Engaging in stakeholder management to foster effective communication and collaboration - Conducting research and preparing reports to inform decision-making processes - Managing electronic records and corporate records to maintain organized documentation - Assisting in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals - Embracing change and demonstrating agility in adapting to evolving business needs - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide insights for strategic planning - Coordinating deployment and resource management to optimize project execution - Maintaining customer relationship management systems to support client interactions - Engaging in continuous learning and development to enhance personal and professional growth
What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
