As an FMS RTR - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Finance Consulting practice, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations, assessing processes, and implementing solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage challenges, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities across assigned accounting areas in accordance with close calendars and quality standards.

• Prepare, post, and maintain journal entries, supporting schedules, and calculations, including those related to media accruals, technology costs, and operational expenses. • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, investigate reconciling items, and drive timely resolution. • Conduct financial variance analysis and provide clear explanations to FP&A, accounting partners, and other stakeholders. • Execute data analysis to support accounting processes, reconciliations, and investigations involving large data sets and high-transaction volumes. • Respond to audit requests and provide documentation for internal and external audits, including SOX controls. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Media Finance, Procurement, Tax, Payroll, and Internal Audit. • Maintain accurate workpapers and desktop procedures, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
