As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will take ownership of tax technology projects that drive productivity and innovation. As a Manager you will lead development teams, mentor staff, and secure the delivery of quality technology solutions while translating complex tax requirements into actionable strategies.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience in tax technology solutions - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart - Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA preferred - MSDN and/or AWS certification preferred - Demonstrating end-to-end project ownership - Analyzing complex systems and identifying linkages - Managing stakeholders and resolving issues effectively - Mentoring and developing team members - Operating beyond comfort zones and encouraging others - Designing processes for automation in tax - Familiarity with AI and machine-learning use cases
