As an RCMS Specialist (AR Caller) at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. As a Specialist, you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling detailed tasks and in-depth analyses to support specific projects. What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required - Proven experience in accounts receivable follow-up and collections - Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims - Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
