As an AES SAP Middleware Manager - Operate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, leveraging team members' unique strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. You will articulate our purpose and values meaningfully, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, effectively mentoring team members. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm, leading with integrity and authenticity.
Responsibilities
- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives - Developing and executing strategic technology plans to enhance SAP middleware operations - Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality client service - Managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team - Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to drive business transformation initiatives - Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct - Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 9+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation - Embracing strategic technology planning and process optimization - Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance - Leveraging analytical thinking to drive business transformation - Navigating complex SAP environments with SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver expertise
