As a SAP CPI - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative SAP solutions that drive business transformation. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables that meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for SAP integration and optimization - Implementing SAP solutions to support client business objectives and streamline operations - Managing SAP project architecture and budgeting to align with client expectations and timelines - Developing training materials and conducting workshops to enhance client understanding of SAP functionalities - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions and drive technology integration - Providing technical consultation and support for SAP CRM and ERP implementations - Utilizing analytical thinking to assess business model development and process standardization - Embracing emerging technologies to enhance SAP consulting services and client satisfaction - Facilitating requirements elicitation and business systems analysis to inform SAP project planning - Promoting inclusion and teamwork within project teams to foster a collaborative work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience in SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO - Experience with SAP Middleware Integration - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems - Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Consulting and SAP Best Practices - Utilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex business systems - Implementing technology solutions in enterprise integration projects - Developing training materials for emerging technologies - Excelling in communication and active listening within client engagements - Embracing change and innovation in digital core modernization initiatives
