As an AES Oracle HCM - Recruiting, Core HR, Talent - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions - Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of HCM projects to optimize human resources processes - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications - Developing and managing project plans, including budgeting and timelines, to achieve strategic objectives - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer to enhance data analysis and reporting - Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and deliverables across client engagements - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance in client service delivery - Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues - Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements - Promoting innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications - Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management - Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven insights - Managing complex Oracle E-Business Suite implementations - Excelling in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics - Leading successful Oracle HCM Cloud transformation projects
