As a Deployment Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within our organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on talent and development, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
As a Manager, you will lead the execution of resource management strategies, focusing on coaching and developing your team while managing client accounts and stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver quality outcomes, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
- Managing resource allocation to align with operational needs and project objectives - Supervising teams to achieve successful execution of staffing and deployment strategies - Mentoring staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in resource management - Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workforce planning and deployment - Analyzing operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement - Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development - Guiding the execution of resource management strategies to meet client expectations - Leading initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency - Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic decision-making and resource identification
What You Must Have
- Graduate or post-graduate in any workstream, with a good academic record. • 8 – 10 years of relevant, post-qualification work experience in a reputed organization with a proven track record of career growth and stability. • Must have at least 5 – 6 years of experience in managing business stakeholders. • 1 – 2 years of experience in directly supervising team members will be preferred. • Hands on knowledge of working on staffing tools will be mandatory. • Ability to analyze large data and identify trends to draw intelligent inferences and projections will be required. • Prior resource management experience in Big 4s, Audit/Tax/accounting practice and/or financial services industry will be preferred.
What Sets You Apart
- Excellent process documentation, articulation and presentation skills – knowledge in using MS Visio, PowerPoint and Google Slides to create impactful process flows and business presentations. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven record of multi-tasking and delivering under tight deadlines. -Working knowledge of Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau and Google Charts will be preferred.
