As a Maximo Developer - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through specialized consulting services. You will analyze client needs, implement Maximo software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network within our Field Service & Operations Modernization practice. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop basic skills and knowledge. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance asset management capabilities - Integrating Maximo with other enterprise systems to streamline operations and data flow - Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and tailor Maximo functionalities accordingly - Utilizing analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve Maximo-related issues efficiently - Leading the design and architecture of Maximo applications to support field service and operations modernization - Applying knowledge of middleware architecture to facilitate seamless application integrations - Supporting the deployment of emerging technologies within Maximo environments to drive innovation - Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and industry standards - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in Maximo development and integration - Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve Maximo solutions
What You Must Have
- App Designer and DB Config: design and implement UI changes, custom Maximo applications, and schema extensions including custom objects and relationships - At least 2+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required Strong hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6.x and IBM MAS Manage (8.x / 9.x) across multiple functional modules – Advanced Automation Script development: complex multi-object scripts, launch-in-context extensions, custom MBO validation, integration event framework, and field-level scripting in JavaScript (Rhino) and Jython – Deep Integration Framework expertise: design of object structures, bidirectional ERP/GIS/SCADA integration, error handling, JMS queue management, and enterprise messaging patterns
